Hi Shara, Thank you for your review. So sorry that you don’t have complete relief now. It could still be diet, exercise, stress or even that it just not enough for you but a step in the right direction. Perhaps estriol oil and progesterone as a team are needed or if they are really bad then BiEstro Cream. We prefer to inch someone up rather than take the allopathic approach of forcing the body. Baby steps is where the very minimum intervention happens. Please know that it is the belief of the medical community for the week off so your body doesn’t build up a tolerance to it. This is not our opinion but we pass on the experts’ advice to you.

I have been using the Phytoestrogen Pro cream for 2 months and it has definitely helped by cutting my hot and cold flashes down by half. I still awaken during the night with one after 5 hours sleep and cannot sleep longer, so it is not the best product. It’s okay, but I will continue to search for another. NOTE: I was told by customer service to stop use 1 week per month. I do NOT recommend stopping as this set me back 3 weeks! It took 3 weeks for the HORRIBLE HOT FLASHES to subside & return to half. Instead, I give my body a day off here and there.

I love this cream! Recently, I went for my physical and had a new doctor (traditional). I forewarned her that I did not want to have multiple views done for regular mammogram because we did not have good insurance and if more than the “norm” was ordered, we would have to totally pay for the mammograms out of our own pockets. Now, let me take a step back. I have had fibrocystic breasts for at least 30 years and she said that they were smooth not fibrocystic.
