If a three-month trial of progesterone plus proper diet and supplements of magnesium and vitamin B6 does not relieve hot flashes or vaginal dryness, then low-dose natural estrogen may be helpful. All the available evidence we have so far indicates that Estriol is the safest estrogen to use to control menopausal symptoms, and that it may even be protective against breast cancer. If you need to supplement some estrogen, you can use a natural Estriol in a cream (or oil).

  • Natural Estrogen Cream is a topical estrogen cream, rather than oral supplement, for better effectiveness. Transdermal – entering the body through the skin – won’t interfere with the digestive process of capsules and gel cap pills.
  • 1/4 teaspoon = 1.25 ml = 1 mg Estriol USP. It is recommended to use in conjunction with a natural progesterone cream. Those to consider might be Menobalance Cream, and PhytoEstrogen Cream.
  • Bio-identical means that the natural hormone cream is the same as your body would make if it could.
  • Bio-availability is highly increased through the application of the skin and even more so when cold processed.

Caution: Please check with your doctor before using, if you are or might be pregnant. Though natural progesterone can be helpful in pregnancy, estriol products are not recommended during pregnancy or lactation.

What is Natural Estrogen Cream?

Our Natural Estrogen Cream – AKA Estriol Cream – is not based on phyto-estrogens but pure natural Estriol. The natural estrogen, Estriol USP, is made the same way as natural progesterone USP. Purified water, Carthamus tinctorius (Safflower) seed oil, Aloe barbadensis (Aloe Vera gel extract), Sepigel 305 (an emulsifier), Cannabis sativa (Hemp) seed oil, Oenothera biennis (Evening primrose) oil, Prunus armeniaca (Apricot) kernel oil, Vitis vinifera (Grape) seed oil, Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil, Estriol, Potassium Sorbate, Sorbic acid.

Use

1/4 tsp of cream provides 1 mg of estriol USP. Topical use only. For best results rotate application sites. Apply on thin skin areas like wrists, angles, behind knees and on chest. Use the smallest amount possible for relief of symptoms and it is recommended to use along with natural progesterone cream such as Cycle Balance Progesterone Oil or MenoBalance Progesterone Cream.
