Best Natural Progesterone Cream for Hormonal Balance
Feeling a little hormonally unbalanced? Restore balance with Balance Cream natural progesterone cream.
The following are suggested use only. Having your hormones checked with a saliva test or through a doctor who is familiar with progesterone supplementation is recommended.
Trying To Conceive
If you are trying to conceive without success or with PCOS/PCOD/Cysts or long cycles.
- Use 1/4 tsp. twice a day, days 8 thru 26 for two months.
- On the third month, use 1/4 tsp. twice a day, the day following ovulation through day 26.
- If there is a possibility of pregnancy, DO NOT stop using the cream until you take a pregnancy test on day 26.
- If the test is negative then resume scheduled use. If the test is positive, use as directed for pregnancy.
During Pregnancy
- Use 1/4 tsp. twice a day from conception forward.
- 2-4 weeks before the end of pregnancy (36-38 weeks gestation) your body naturally drops in progesterone to signal oncoming birth. Gradually, decrease supplementation in the same way to mimic what your body would do.
- Apply mainly to the abdomen, breasts, lower back, and upper thighs (where it may help reduce stretch marks) or arms and upper chest where there is little hair growth.
Menopause and Beyond
MenoBalance Cream has the same ingredients but with a higher concentration of progesterone; 1800mg per container. If you have severe menopausal symptoms you may consider MenoBalance Cream.
- For normal use in menopause and beyond use 1/4 tsp Balance Cream 1-2 times per day, for 21 days per month.
- Most find it easiest to start on the first of each month and use Balance Cream progesterone cream for 21 days.
- Natural progesterone cream, such as Balance Cream, is helpful to fibromyalgia and joint pain as well.
PostPartum Depression
Postpartum depression is not to be taken lightly. It stems from hormonal imbalance; a wild hormonal ride.
If you suffer from PPD and are nursing:
- Since PPD is often a result of the drop in progesterone after giving birth, supplementation may help, but talk to your doctor, friends and family about your situation.
- While progesterone may help it can lower prolactin, the nursing / milk hormone. Try drinking fennel tea or a combination such as Mother’s Milk Tea by Traditional Medicinals to keep an ample milk supply.
Nursing / Breastfeeding
Do not use the following delivery if you are breastfeeding.
- Progesterone naturally suppresses prolactin; the hormone responsible for producing breast milk; just as B6 vitamins will also lower prolactin and interfere with nursing.
