Adrenal Fatigue Is Real and Here’s What You Need To Know

Many men and women complain of fatigue, body aches, sleep disturbances, digestive problems, and flu-like symptoms after dealing with a pile of stressful duties at home and in the workplace. But only a few of them realize that their adrenal glands are to blame.

A human’s immune system is designed to respond when the body is under stress through the help of adrenal glands. Adrenal glands, the small organs situated above the kidneys, release a stress hormone called cortisol in response to a stressful situation.
